About

Brooks revolutionized country music by integrating stadium-rock showmanship and production values into his live performances during the 1990s. While he performs on the world's largest stages, his foundational ties to Oklahoma remain a massive point of cultural pride for the entire state. Tulsa residents celebrate him as a hometown hero whose historic achievements forever elevated the region's musical legacy.
