Roof Sixty-Six is one of the few places where the skyline is as much of the attraction as the food or drinks. Sunset is the ideal arrival time, especially if you can secure a seat on the patio near the fire pits. The smoked Old Fashioned, espresso martini, jalapeño-pineapple margarita, charcuterie board, fried chicken sandwich, pretzel bites, wings, and quinoa tacos appear repeatedly in customer reviews, while fireworks nights and warm evenings make the rooftop particularly memorable. This is better treated as a rooftop cocktail destination than a serious culinary stop, and reservations or early arrival help on weekends when the patio fills quickly.
